As part of a major rebranding project, Janssen Australia took the opportunity to refresh their total brand story. The idea being to enegrise the internal culture as well as create external messaging. We introduced 'Janssen Thinking' – a platform for driving behavioural as well as attitudinal change. A critical element was bringing founder Dr Paul Janssen back into the fabric of the organisation, to act as a mentor, coach and inspiration.
