With the blossoming ‘local market’ shopping trend amongst increasingly conscious consumers, a real opportunity opened to grow trade for the markets located at the Entertainment Quarter at Sydney’s Fox Studios. Although busy on Saturdays, the task was to increase after work, weekday trade. Offering a refreshing change from the supermarket, this outdoor campaign ran in and around the Sydney CBD promoting the joys of fresh food shopping to young professionals.
